This newly created role of General Manager, Spain, supports our international expansion. Initially, the role will focus 75% on start-up activities in Spain for 12-18 months, transitioning to 25-50% over 18-24 months, and then fully managing P&L responsibilities of an established country manager.Start-up (12 – 18 months) Responsibilities :
Develop organizational structure aligned with business strategy for entering the Spanish market and establishing Pod therapy to grow the market with differential benefits to Insulet.Guide, direct, and balance market development, commercial execution, and product initiatives for success.Lead strategic business development activities, including local partnerships (e.G., JDRF), advocacy, KOL engagement, and digital education opportunities.Successfully launch Omnipod in Spain, establishing commercial traction and driving category growth, reimbursement, and new product launches like 5.0.Grow the business in line with market rates, profitability, and GM targets.Skills / Competencies :
