Your Mission & Impact
As a Project Manager specialized in Banking, Payments, and Blockchain/Cryptocurrencies, you will play a key role in leading complex initiatives within financial services environments. You will ensure successful delivery of projects that drive digital transformation and innovation for leading banking and payments clients.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong background in banking and payments environments.
- Proven experience in Blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or digital financial products, or strong exposure to the banking sector.
- Solid understanding of project governance, scope, budget, timelines, and risk management.
- Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously and in cross-functional teams.
