RESPONSIBILITIESWith our consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:
Contribute to delivering sales targets: volume, net sales, share of market, shelf, high shelf, boxes, and visibility.
Accountable for implementing the commercial plan agreed in the Accounts Integrated Activity Plan (IAP).
Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure shoppers find our brands.
Negotiate to improve distribution and visibility targets with stores and regional managers.
Install and ensure all activations in store coming from CPA and KA plans and their own initiatives.
Drive value share growth and share of shelf for our brands in the channel.
Develop our premium portfolio and protect the core business in the channel.

Strong commercial, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Competency in PowerPoint, Excel, and forecasting/data tools.
Fluent in Spanish, as the position is responsible for Spain.
