BettingJobs is working with a growing iGaming company who are seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive growth and manage strategic operator relationships across the LATAM region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven iGaming professional with strong regional knowledge and an established network across LATAM.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key operator accounts across LATAM markets
* Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring strong long-term relationships
* Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling and promotional planning
* Monitor KPIs including GGR, NGR, retention and player performance metrics
* Coordinate with internal teams (Product, CRM, Marketing, Compliance, Payments) to ensure seamless delivery and market alignment
* Support new integrations and go-live processes for new partners
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences across the region
* Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support regional strategy
Requirements:
* 3+ years’ experience in Account Management within the iGaming industry
* Strong knowledge of LATAM markets
* Experience working with casino, specifically with slots
* Commercially focused with proven ability to grow revenue from existing accounts
* Strong understanding of emerging LATAM jurisdictions
