Your work will help ensure that transactions run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and clients receive a professional experience from reservation through to completion.This is not a sales role - it is a structured back-office position ideal for someone who thrives on organization, coordination, and accuracy.Responsibilities Administrative & Back Office Support: Manage and update client and transaction data in our CRM (Pipedrive)Prepare and organize reservation documents, KYC forms, and transaction filesCoordinate documents for e-signatures and proper record keepingAssist with invoicing and administrative finance coordinationMaintain accurate internal records and compliance documentationAfter-Sales Support Support follow-ups with lawyers, developers, and partner agenciesHelp track transaction timelines from reservation to completionEnsure required documentation is collected and properly storedAssist in keeping transactions organized and on scheduleOffice Coordination Provide administrative support to the sales and management teamSupport internal communication and coordinationAssist with general office tasks as requiredWhat We Look For Previous office administrative experience in Costa del Sol real estate (essential)Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)Highly organized with strong attention to detailStrong multitasking and prioritization skillsComfortable using CRMs and digital document toolsProfessional, reliable, and discreetPositive team-player attitudeWhy Join HI HOMES?
