The Department of Department of Subject-Specific Education at UdG carries out teaching and research activities in the areas of Language and Literature Didactics, Music Didactics, Visual Arts Didactics, Physical Expression Didactics, Mathematics Didactics, Experimental Sciences Didactics, and Social Sciences Didactics. The department is involved in several undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programs, and leads competitive research projects at both national and international levels, establishing itself as a key player in its field.
A call for applications is open for a full-time faculty position at the rank of Lecturer, within a tenure-track path. The position is for a duration of six years, with the possibility of consolidation into a permanent position as Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor, subject to performance evaluation and institutional needs.
The ideal candidate will have a academic background in Language didactics and Sociolinguistics. Experience and potential to develop quality research in Language didactics and Sociolinguistics. The candidate should also demonstrate teaching experience at undergraduate or postgraduate levels.
