Role Overview
Our Life Sciences client is delivering a major enterprise software rollout and requires an experienced Technical Software Trainer to support end-user adoption in Spain. This is a short-term, intensive contract focused on delivering instructor‐led training using client‐provided materials, rather than creating content from scratch.
The role is delivery‐focused and suited to a trainer who is comfortable quickly learning new software and confidently presenting to varied business audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Rapidly learn the provided training curriculum and talk tracks
Deliver engaging, instructor‐led training sessions (predominantly onsite)
Facilitate workshops and virtual sessions for diverse user groups
Adapt delivery based on feedback from internal training leads
Support users around system go‐live where required
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience delivering technical or software training
Proven background training users on complex enterprise or SaaS platforms
Fluent in Spanish and English
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Strong ability to simplify technical concepts for non‐technical audiences
Comfortable ramping up quickly on new tools and materials
Based in or around Madrid and able to attend the office regularly
Nice to Have
Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Experience with CPQ, ERP, or other enterprise systems
Knowledge of adult learning principles
Relevant software or training certifications
