At Libeen we're reinventing access to homeownership in Spain. Our rent-to-own model lets people live in their future home while building up their option to buy. We're growing fast, closing a significant funding round, and building our tech stack from scratch. We're looking for a Product Manager to own the what and the why of everything we build — and to do it hands-on, from zero, alongside a Tech Lead who owns the how. This is not a role for someone who manages a backlog and waits for engineering. This is for someone who talks to users in the morning, writes the spec at noon, mocks the flow in the afternoon, and is in the room when it ships. Own the product Define and evolve the user journey — from the first Whats App message to the day someone signs the purchase of their home Turn complex financial and legal flows into simple, trustworthy digital experiences Decide what we build next, why, and in what order — and defend those decisions with data and user evidence, not opinion Write the specs, the copy, the edge cases. The clarity of what you hand off is the clarity of what we ship Obsess over trust In a product where people make the biggest financial decision of their lives, trust is the product. It starts with how things look, read and feel Sweat the UX detail: every screen, every word, every moment of friction or reassurance Bring strong aesthetic judgment — you should be able to tell good design from bad and say why Talk to users, measure everything Run discovery: interviews, calls, watching real people use the thing Set up the metrics that tell us if we're winning, and act on them in days, not quarters Close the loop between what users do, what we build, and what we learn Build, not just plan Prototype with no-code / AI tools when it's faster than waiting Be the human quality gate on our AI agents — if the output is wrong, you catch it before the user does Set the pace alongside the Tech Lead: idea to production measured in days What we're looking for
3+ years as a PM (or founder / founding PM) in startups, ideally fintech, proptech or complex financial / regulated products A real track record of shipping — products you can point to and say "I owned that, here's what it moved" Strong UX sensibility and aesthetic judgment Comfort with data: you can pull it, read it, and make a call from it Hands-on with no-code / low-code and AI tools, or a clear eagerness to be Bias to action and high energy. We have months, not years, and you'll feel it No ego. We're a small team building something hard, in person, together Nice to have
Experience in proptech, real estate or mortgage / financial products You've worked closely with AI agents or LLM-based products You've been part of an early-stage build from zero before What we offer
