PpWe are recruiting an bHR Manager /b to lead human resources operations at our automotive manufacturing facility in Zaragoza Province. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine, oversee, monitor, and control personnel administration and HR management policies. /li liPromote, drive, and track policies on recruitment, onboarding, talent identification, career planning, training, performance evaluation, and offboarding. /li liEnsure consistent application of people development policies. /li liReport to plant management and the Group HR Director. /li liManage relations with employee representatives (works councils, delegates). /li liEngage with staff to identify needs, requirements, and HR-related concerns to implement improvement tools and solutions. /li liEnsure HR processes, management systems and organisational structure are applied effectively, proposing and driving continuous improvement while adhering to company procedures. /li liLead labour relations in coordination with hierarchical leadership and HR guidelines, aligning with company strategy. /li liSupervise and approve internal regulations and employment conditions, ensuring compliance with Spanish labour laws. /li liOversee and support administrative and documentary operations (payroll, contracts, etc.). /li liRepresent the company before different authorities (Social Security, Labour Authorities). /li liAct as the primary contact for external agencies dedicated to HR services. /li liAs member of the international HR Team, contribute to the development and implementation of one common Global HR strategy. /li liCoordinate with the external Occupational Risk Prevention Service to ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (EHS) regulations and procedures, preparing accident investigation reports in collaboration with company-appointed personnel. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Labour Sciences, Labour Relations HR, Business Administration, Law, or similar. /li liSpecialisation in Strategic HR Management (Master’s/Postgraduate qualification). /li liDemonstrated HR leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial settings (automotive sector). /li liPreferred candidates residents currently in Zaragoza province, or geographical flexibility to relocate. /li liFluent English. /li liCandidates interested in a stable, long-term role with international career growth opportunities. /li /ul h3Essential Criteria /h3 ul li5+ years’ HR experience in an industrial automotive company performing the above functions. /li liStrong knowledge and expertise in Spanish employment law with working knowledge of EU labour directives. /li liExperience in employee representation relations (works councils, delegates). /li liOrganisation and People development experiences. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal abilities. /li liDetail-oriented, meticulous approach. /li liProactive attitude. /li liAdvanced English proficiency. /li liExperience with HRM software and SAP. /li /ul h3We Offer /h3 ul liJob stability and immediate incorporation into an exciting business project. /li liCareer growth in a multinational industrial environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
