Consolidation Analyst
to support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process for HBX Group. In this role, you’ll work closely with local finance teams, contribute to internal and external reporting, and help maintain our consolidation systems and controls. Job ResponsibilitiesFinancial Consolidation & ReportingAssist in the coordination, consolidation, and review of financial results for all entitiesAnalyze, load, and validate financial data in Oracle HFMProduce monthly consolidated reports and review P&L and balance sheet movementsSupport equity accounting entries and intercompany eliminations
Compliance & ControlsEnsure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal accounting policiesSupport external audits and prepare audit-ready documentationHelp design and document internal controls around the consolidation process
System & Process OptimizationMaintain and update the consolidation system (HFM)Collaborate with divisional analysts to automate reporting and reduce manual processesSupport integration of new entities and system upgrades
Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate data submissionPartner with IT and project teams on system enhancements and troubleshooting
Required SkillsTechnical & Analytical SkillsStrong knowledge of financial consolidation and reportingAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros)Experience with consolidation systems (e.G., HFM, SAP BPC, OneStream, Tagetik)Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau)
Accounting KnowledgeSolid understanding of IFRS and/or local GAAPExperience with intercompany reconciliations and equity accounting
Communication & CollaborationEffective communicator with strong interpersonal skillsComfortable working across time zones and with global teamsAble to present complex financial data clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences
Required Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field3–5 years of experience in financial consolidation, group reporting, or financial controllingExperience in multinational or matrixed organizations preferredExposure to external audits or group audit processes is a plusFluent in English (spoken and written)
