The Role
We are looking for a SaaS Sales Specialist who is passionate about startups, technology, and business growth.
What You'll Do
Identify and qualify new business opportunities via LinkedIn, email, and outbound campaigns
Present product demos and manage the end-to-end sales process
Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads, partners, and clients
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategy
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain CRM data and report sales performance
Requirements
Excellent command of Italian (C1–C2 level) – both written and spoken
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a startup or AI tech environment
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
Self‐motivated, proactive, and results‐driven
Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple markets and time zones

$1,000/month base salary + 5% sales commission (no cap)
