Position Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for calling companies in Australia and New Zealand and speaking to IT managers. The primary goal is to gather information by asking relevant IT‑related questions and to generate a lead by setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client’s sales representative. There is no selling on the phone. You will work hand in hand with our client’s sales experts, such as Intel, Dell, and Fujitsu, and build a network of decision makers worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Call companies in Australia and New Zealand and speak to IT managers.
* Ask the right questions on relevant IT topics to gather information.
* Generate new leads by setting up meetings between IT managers and client sales representatives.
* Collaborate with client sales experts during our signature Warm Handover™ process.
Qualifications
* Native English language speaker.
* High level in another European language is desirable, but not required.
* Experience working in a phone‑based role.
* Target‑driven mentality and can‑do attitude.
* Must reside in the Madrid Region (Comunidad de Madrid).
* Legal ability to work full‑time in Spain.

Work Schedule
* Early morning shift: 5:00–11:00am, Monday to Friday.
* Full‑time contract, 30 hours per week.
* After the first month, work 5:00–11:00 from your home in the Madrid region, except for two Fridays a month at the office (8:00–14:00).
* Completely flexible with a strong focus on work‑life balance.
