Mission
The Revenue Operations Analyst ensures accurate forecasting, transparent performance reporting, and process optimization, ultimately driving profitable growth and operational efficiency.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Financial Operations & Revenue Strategy
- Support revenue forecasting, variance analysis, and actuals vs. plan tracking in collaboration with the Finance and teams
- Assist in building dynamic models that project pipeline conversion and revenue attainment
- Help analyze unit economics, CAC, LTV, margins per service, payback periods, and cohort-level performance of leads and clients
- Data & Reporting
- Maintain and enhance dashboards that tie revenue performance to key financial KPIs (e.G., margins per service, LTV, CAC, forecast, net retention)
- Work with Finance to ensure accurate data flow between HS and financial systems
- Cross-departmental collaboration and support
- Process Optimization
- Identify operational inefficiencies that impact financial performance, such as lead leakage, slow deal cycles, or inconsistent discounting
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives that align RevOps processes with financial controls and planning cycles
- Systems & Tools
- Support the integration of tools and data sets (e.G., CRM, ERP, billing platforms) for improved revenue visibility
- Use Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (optional), and BI tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making
You have
- 5–6 years of experience in Finance, FP&A;, Business Analysis and Revenue/Sales Operations
- Experience developing and presenting business metrics to the management team
- Experience working across multiple departments
- Must: Power BI experience
- Desirable: Tableau experience
- Desirable: Experience working as a Review Operation Specialist or Business Analyst
- Fluent English
