We're supporting a tier-one global bank on a major Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and API platform transformation, building the next generation of payments, cash management, and trade APIs for internal and external consumers.
This is a senior, hands-on Business Analyst role sitting at the intersection of API design, regulation, and AI governance — ideal for someone who has operated in complex, regulated financial environments and understands how APIs become commercial products.

What you'll be doing
* Leading business analysis across Payments, Collections, Receivables, Cash Management & Trade APIs
* Translating regulatory and business requirements into API-first designs, user stories, and data models
* Acting as the squad's business, compliance, and AI governance voice
* Defining API standards, metrics, SLOs, and SLAs with platform teams
* Supporting API monetisation and billing enablement
* Working closely with Product, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams
* Using AI-native tools (e.g. ChatGPT Enterprise, Azure OpenAI, xqysrnh GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery and traceability
What we're looking for
* 8+ years in Financial Services
* Strong API / BaaS transformation experience
* Deep knowledge of ISO 20022, Open Banking, PSD2
* Solid understanding of API security (OAuth 2.1, mTLS, OIDC)
* Experience with Apigee or IBM API Connect
* Exposure to AI governance / LLMOps in regulated environments
* Comfortable working onsite in Malaga
