The Product Owner will support the definition and execution of the AI roadmap for the SaaS product, collaborating with technical and business teams to enhance efficiency and customer experience. The role reports to the Head of Product and involves close collaboration with engineering, data, and operations teams. What You Will Do Manage and prioritize the AI features backlog, with guidance from senior team members. Translate business requirements into clear, user-focused stories. Coordinate with Data, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to implement functionalities. Participate in agile ceremonies facilitated by the team (Scrum). Collaborate in the validation and tracking of feature impact. Document functional and technical deliverables following team standards. What You Will Bring to the Ride 1–2 years of experience in Product Owner or Product Management roles in digital or tech environments. Basic knowledge or interest in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science (not mandatory). Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools like Jira and Confluence. General understanding of SaaS architectures and APIs. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders with support. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish. Proactivity, organizational skills, and fast learning ability. Result-oriented mindset with attention to quality, able to work under supervision.
