At The Cocktail we look for people without fear for speed. Specifically, someone capable of understanding technology challenges and translating them to our clients, helping them to move in the right direction. Our Strategy Consultants manage end-to-end projects for different industries (retail, travel, financial services ) from a perspective which is far from traditional consulting.
**In your day to day you will**:
- Lead digital transformation projects from beginning to end hand in hand with a multidisciplinary team.
- Manage the development of commercial proposals for different clients and industries.
- Identify problems and formulate hypotheses leveraging resources and the ‘know how’ of The Cocktail and you will land the conclusions in executive documents.
- Coordinate dynamics and workshops to incorporate eclients into the creative process of The Cocktail
- Immerse yourself in the daily life of our clients in order to better understand features of their culture, organization and processes, in order to draw valuable conclusions.
- Direct the design and evaluation of complex financial operations and organizational models.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams from different disciplines: technology, data, product design

You can choose to work fully remote, hybridly or on site in our offices. In any case, we provide financial and material aid to cover your remote work needs, we let you choose a laptop with the operating system that you prefer.
