About The Role
As a Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by managing and monitoring billing processes and ensuring accurate financial administration within our school. Your responsibilities will encompass entering and verifying student data in our management systems, preparing and sending invoices, and maintaining effective communication with both the Admissions department and families regarding billing inquiries. You will also be responsible for managing outstanding debts, preparing reports on overdue accounts, and collaborating with our team to resolve any financial discrepancies. Additionally, your analytical skills will contribute to monthly reporting and audit preparation, ensuring our financial practices align with our school’s objectives.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
