Overview
Position: Partner Support Representative (German)
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: base salary + bonus.
Duties and responsibilities
* Provide Basic SEO optimization recommendations KW gap analysis & partner onsite search recommendations
* Conduct content auditing - 1st pass review of online audit results
* Prepare presentation with key takeaways and actions needed for a given partner
* Provide quality checks & feedback to audit agency as required
* Highlight key gaps on partner site and sharing partner level optimization report
* Onboarding and training the partners on best practices in content
* Troubleshoot any content-related issues
* Monitor use of toolkit execution
* Track improvements and optimizations provide ROI estimations
* Look after the KPI, Performance analysis and optimization recommendations
* Follow up on KPI reporting from partners regarding digital marketing execution
* Track overall digital business plan execution as requested.
Requirements
* Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
* Minimum of 1 year of related online sales and/or digital content management experience
* A university degree in marketing, ecommerce, business administration preferred but other degrees will be considered
* Excellent negotiation, management, and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent presentation skills
* Good computing literacy (Windows, Office, etc.)
* Drive to work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritization
* Knowledge of eMerchandising techniques and web analytics as well as Digital Marketing and SEO working experience will be an advantage.
