This role is critical in supporting a growing infrastructure function, driving modern endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot, Defender), and ensuring a secure, compliant environment as our client rolls out a new Information Security Management System (ISMS) .Due to an expanding workload and a significant pipeline of infrastructure and security initiatives, our client requires a contractor to come on board straight awayKey Responsibilities Microsoft 365 Implementation & Tenant ManagementDesign, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 environments, including:Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)Windows AutopilotMicrosoft Defender suite (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps)Develop and maintain M365 tenant architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Configure policies for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security. Infrastructure & Network SupportSupport the Infrastructure Team Lead in delivering critical network projects, including:SD-WAN implementationGlobal VPN deployment and optimisationTroubleshoot and resolve complex network and connectivity issues across distributed environments.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure high availability and performance. Required Experience & Skills Technical ExpertiseStrong hands-on experience with:Microsoft Intune (configuration, policies, deployment)Windows Autopilot (device provisioning and lifecycle)Microsoft Defender suiteProven track record managing and optimising M365 tenantsExperience managing and troubleshooting M365 licensing NetworkingSolid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing)Experience troubleshooting enterprise network issuesExposure to SD-WAN and global VPN solutions (implementation or support)
