What We Are Looking For :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Services professional who specializes in chargers for electric vehicles. We want someone passionate about enhancing the client experience, contributing to error prevention, and collaborating closely with the Product and R&D teams.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :
* Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, including repairs at our facilities or remotely.
* Providing customer service via telephone and email in Spanish and English.
* Configuring ticketing systems.
* Reviewing potential client platforms to assess functionality and necessary modifications.
* Testing client platforms with our server and verifying web and app applications.
* Configuring OCPP protocols for chargers.
* Managing guarantees with the Operations department.
* Managing spare parts inventory.
* Preparing technical documentation for interventions and maintenance.
Requirements :
* Studies related to electrical or electronic engineering, mechatronics, automation, or industrial maintenance.
* Informatics skills such as configuring LANs and network interfaces; knowledge of OOP languages like Python or Java is a plus.
* Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English.
* Availability to travel occasionally.
* Proven experience in After Sales Services.
* Hands-on experience with ticketing configuration and management.
* Familiarity with OCPP protocols.
* Passion for enhancing client experience and error prevention.
* Ability to collaborate and communicate across departments effectively.
* Strong analytical skills for reviewing potential clients.
* Proficiency in remote maintenance procedures.
* Alignment with our vision for sustainable mobility.
* Availability for on-call duties in the future.
* Kindness and a positive attitude in interactions.
