PThe Green Recruitment Company is currently searching for a Aerothermal Engineer – Business Development Focus to join a leading renewable energy platform in Spain. /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a primarily technical engineering profile, ideally with solid experience in aerothermal systems, who also brings some exposure to commercial or client-facing activities. /ppbr/ppThe core of the role is engineering expertise: understanding client needs, designing technical solutions, sizing systems, and supporting project execution. Commercial skills are important, but secondary to the technical background. /ppbr/ppResponsibilities: /pulliAct as the technical reference during the sales process, supporting negotiations with credible engineering expertise. /liliIdentify and develop new B2B opportunities with industrial, commercial, and tertiary clients for aerothermal and energy efficiency solutions. /liliAnalyse client requirements and prepare tailored technical proposals, including system sizing, feasibility studies, and solution design. /liliCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. /liliManage projects from technical proposal stage through implementation. /liliBuild long-term relationships with clients, installers, EPCs, and strategic partners. /li /ulpRequirements: /pulliEngineering degree, ideally in Mechanical, Energy, HVAC, or similar disciplines. /liliProven experience with aerothermal / heat pump systems and technical sizing. /liliStrong technical understanding of HVAC, electrification, and energy efficiency solutions. /liliSome commercial, business development, or client management experience. /liliAble to manage projects end-to-end with a hands-on and execution-oriented mindset. /liliAutonomous, structured, and target-driven. /liliFluent Spanish and English. /li /ulpAdditional Information: /pulliThe role requires frequent travel across Spain (approximately 50–70%). /li /ul
