Experteer Overview
In this role you support Safety and Environmental activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. You will prepare and follow up monthly environmental reports and analyze energy, water, and waste indicators. You collaborate across functions to promote safe behaviors and sustainability practices, contribute to audits and risk assessments, and help implement continuous improvements. The position involves regulatory monitoring, internal training, and identifying process optimization opportunities to reduce risk and improve performance.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, or related field, specialized studies in Occupational Risk Prevention
• 2-3 years of experience in industrial safety; chemical industry experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills (Excel; Power BI a plus)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team player
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proficient Microsoft Office user
• Knowledge of safety regulatory frameworks such as SEVESO, ATEX.CLP
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
• Organized with strong problem-solving skills
