The Position
As part of the Supply Chain team, you will play a pivotal role in the Order Entry process and projects aimed at enhancing it. You will collaborate closely with external clients and internal teams to continuously improve customer service.

Responsibilities
* Shape the future of order management and experience by leveraging new technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, M2M).
* Promote and drive an electronic service that allows customers to track orders in real-time.
* Enhance EDI systems, webshops, and other automated processes.
* Serve as the main contact for clients, coordinating order status, shipping, pricing, and product availability with internal departments.
* Participate actively in strategic cross-functional projects.
* Simplify current processes radically.
* Own new projects and act as a subject matter expert.
* Engage in parallel projects to streamline order management.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Who You Are
* Experienced in customer service and order management systems, preferably SAP or similar.
* Excellent listening, communication, and phone etiquette skills.
* Proven ability to manage logistics claims and drive improvements.
* Customer-oriented with a team-oriented mindset.
* Self-motivated, autonomous, flexible, and accountable for projects beyond routine tasks.
* Eager to learn and contribute to challenging projects.
* Capable of operating confidently in a large organization and uncertain environments; fluent in English.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and promote new initiatives.
