Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Performance Specialist:
Versatile, proactive, and adaptable professional with experience in leading digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, capable of developing and coordinating customized strategies for different brands and industries, understanding their needs and objectives. Additionally, they should be able to maintain close relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor and working to ensure the long‑term success of each brand. It is essential that this person can learn quickly, adapt to new scenarios, and lead projects effectively, always with a collaborative, results‑oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
* Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and coordinate global digital marketing strategies for various brands and industries. Understand the specific needs of each industry and brand, and adapt strategies to achieve their objectives.
* Paid Media Campaign Oversight: Lead paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Analyze key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and CPL to evaluate campaign performance, adjust strategies, and improve efficiency.
* Client Management: Build strong client relationships, not only understanding their needs but also helping define and achieve their marketing goals with customized solutions.
* Reporting in Looker Studio: Create and present performance reports to clients.
* Shopify Experience: Knowledge of Shopify for basic content updates, app recommendations and implementation, and performance analysis within the platform.
* Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation flows using platforms such as Connectif and Klaviyo.
* Additional Skills (SEO, UX, Analytics): Optimize platform performance, improve user experience, and ensure proper tracking and measurement of campaigns.
* Teamwork and Leadership: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, motivate and coordinate the team to ensure effective execution of strategies and alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
* Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required. Additional languages such as French, German, Italian, or Portuguese are a plus.
* Analytical and Strategic Mindset: Ability to evaluate campaign performance and adapt strategies based on data insights.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with paid media platforms, Shopify, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
* Adaptability and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in teams, lead projects, and adapt to new challenges and industries.
