In this role you will shape regional and country market access strategies for Edwards’ mitral and tricuspid therapies across EMEACLA, aligning with PA and cross-functional teams. You’ll navigate HTA, reimbursement, and funding pathways to enable timely patient access to breakthrough devices. You’ll translate evidence into actionable access plans and support EU and national HTA readiness. This is a high-visibility position in a matrix environment focused on improving outcomes for patients with structural heart disease.

• Define and execute regional and country market access strategies for TMTT in EMEACLA
• Lead or support HTA submissions, reimbursement negotiations, coding and DRG optimization
• Engage with national/regional decision-makers, payers, and HTA bodies to define access pathways
• Contribute to EU HTA Regulation readiness (JCA/JSC) and translate EU assessments to country actions
• Align evidence generation plans with payer/HTA expectations across regions
• Develop and localize value dossiers, economic models, and evidence summaries
• Provide market access input to clinical development plans and post-market evidence needs
• Integrate market access considerations early in product strategy, launch, and lifecycle management
• Provide subject‑matter guidance on complex access topics with matrix collaboration
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in Market Access, HEOR, Reimbursement or related fields
• Experience with HTA processes and payer engagement in xpzdshu Europe (France, UK, Germany)
• Regional or multi-country experience within Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada or Latin America preferred
• Fluency in English; French proficiency is highly valued; additional European languages a plus
