With each initiative you support, you’ll be building a positive culture that fuels innovation, teamwork, and a sense of belonging across our general organization. We need a visionary leader to orchestrate Total Rewards across our diverse portfolio of European brands. The mission:Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives, ensuring we follow the global defined guidelines, compliance and bringing in the best practices in the industry.Bring in the best talent to match these roles (considering internal and external talent). Provide guidance to the team, high levels of engagement to enable high performance but also care for our company and brands. Align regional compensation teams & CHROs into the new strategy.Develop, define and communicate (take into systems where needed) the new TR process, aligned with the new strategy in the region. Agility, compliance, comprehensive data insights and data accuracy will be key expectations on this new process. Define, develop and implement the product/system to drive this new process, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Ensure the new strategy adoption in all entities.Manage regional benefits strategy and vendors to produce the best EVP for our employees at the best possible cost. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows, from data modeling to scaling internal communications.QualificationsYou have a proven track record in Total Rewards, specifically within high-growth tech
