Sales Enablement Project Manager
This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

In a typical day as a Sales Enablement Project Manager, you would:
* Facilitate the creation, delivery, and support of Sales Enablement programs focused on enhancing sales effectiveness for our sales force and channel partner community.
* Be the regional resource for online enablement tools such as the Aruba Value Advisor (AVA) and liaise with Aruba’s Center of Excellence.
* Integrate the EdgeConnect enablement activities into the Aruba Enablement stack, including onboarding, training, accreditation, content, and communications.
* Determine the scope of each enablement project in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
* Act as a strategic advisor, working with stakeholders to prioritize enablement projects.
* Support enablement projects through each stage of the sales funnel, including planning, resourcing, and cost management.
* Evaluate project metrics and impact, analyzing and reporting on enablement programs.
* Work with Partner Business Managers to prioritize enablement support for partners.
* Represent regional needs in global enablement planning meetings.

Your Experience & Education:
* 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, or project management in technology sales.
* BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of French and German is a plus.
