MISIÓN Efectuar las operaciones de pesadas, compresión y/o formulación, así como todas las actividades relacionadas necesarias, siguiendo los procedimientos internos y garantizando el cumplimiento de las GMP’s y la política de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO Conducir líneas de formulación, compresión y pesada siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos. Realizar limpiezas por cambio de especialidad o lote. Realizar y documentar actividades de mantenimiento autónomo y de control de la instalación en la que actúan (Ajustes, limpiezas de mantenimiento, calibraciones internas, desinfecciones ambientales, puntos de agua purificada, mangueras, revisiones, cambios de filtro, control de OEE, fichadas, identificación de salas, equipos y materiales, etc.) Realizar las operaciones definidas en los procedimientos, efectuando los controles en proceso y cumplimentando la documentación correspondiente, incluidas las solicitudes de análisis. Realizar las operaciones de muestreo y análisis de materias primas y material de acondicionamiento, así como el análisis del material de acondicionamiento siguiendo los procedimientos y métodos establecidos. FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA Formación equivalente a Bachillerato o bien Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio completado con experiencia profesional o Certificado de Profesionalidad equivalente, preferiblemente en Fabricación de Productos Farmacéuticos y Afines. CONOCIMIENTOS GMPs Conocimientos SML y POMS Se valorará conocimiento previo en procesos de compresión.
