Job Description
The Automation Services Engineer will work on‑site at end‑customer locations, providing technical support, commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of industrial automation systems. After initial training, the engineer will be responsible for system start‑up, troubleshooting, updates, and maintenance of critical process automation installations.
Main Responsibilities
Engineering and testing of Process Control Systems (PCS) and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
Maintenance of software, hardware, and network infrastructure for control systems based on Windows technology.
Installation, configuration, and commissioning of automation systems.
Upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of existing systems (hardware/software).
Troubleshooting, error analysis, diagnostics, and system recovery.
Documentation management, technical reporting, and database administration.
Preparation of technical improvement proposals and collaboration with the sales team to develop customer solutions.
Participation in the 24/7 on‑call support service on a rotating basis.
Candidate Requirements
Education
Master’s degree or Technical Engineering degree in Automation Technology, Industrial Computing, Communication Technology, or other related engineering fields.
Experience
Initial experience in process automation, industrial network topologies, and Windows‑based IT systems.
Technical Skills
Programming and system administration (Windows).
IT and industrial networking knowledge.
Understanding of electrical and industrial safety standards.
Languages
Technical English (required)
