**Description****Human Resources Business Partner (M/F)**We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who will be responsible for the HR Capability supporting our **Glass manufacturing plant in Llodio, Spain**.**What You Will Do In Your Role**:- Be the Strategic Business Partner for the site, adopting a Value-Added approach in all performed activities. Being a single point of contact leveraging our HR capability model and ensuring all related people management cycles linked to talent attraction, development, retention and compensation.- Effectively and proactively manage employee labour relations and negotiation, identifying proactively any potential issue or conflicts, to optimize the best outcome within our compliance guidelines & legal requirements- Your experience and expertise, coupled with your communication and coaching skills should drive synergy and help developing a collaborative approach on site- Support transformation initiatives and organizational changes in the business (both by driving change and supporting Supervisor led change)- Drive enhancement of our culture within the organization through coaching leaders and employees- Develop Talent Strategies aligned with business needs, ensure leaders are focusing on developing their Teams, implement and evaluate supporting programs and initiatives- Supervise local HR activities, whilst strongly partnering with remote resources (Shared Service Centers and regional support) for service delivery (recruitment, benefits, compensation, collective labor law, etc.)- Ensure the Corporate Culture flow into all activities of the site, whilst cultivating a strong sense of Teamwork at the location and within the enterprise. Compliance and Ethics are embedded in all local activities**The Experience You Will Bring**:**Requirements**:- Proven track record of experience working as a Business Partner in a HR function in the industry sector operating with social partners- You have strong leadership skills and you are mature enough to lead the local team through transformation and challenges- You have demonstrated Change Management experience- Ability to coach leaders/supervisors with a view to empowering them- Fluency in English and Spanish is required, any other language an asset- Experience working within Microsoft Office, including Excel (putting together tables, filtering, v-lookups)**What Will Put You Ahead**:- Strong expertise on labor aspects, problem-solving and negotiation skills- Business acumen to understand and interpret business expectations- Strategic approach and ability to coach leadership and supervisory teams- Critical thinking and ability to bring new perspective- Strong belief of culture and values- Excellent communication skills**What do we have to offer?**:LI-LU2
