We are currently looking for a Quality Systems Engineer to join an innovative large-scale industrial project focused on the development of next-generation battery manufacturing technologies in Europe.

🔧 Role Overview
The Quality Systems Engineer will play a key role in the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System within a new production facility. This position requires a strong understanding of quality standards, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a strong quality culture across the plant.
✅ Key Responsibilities
· Lead the creation and implementation of the Quality Management System (e.g., IATF 16949), including document management setup for the new plant.
· Plan, execute, and monitor system audits, including customer audits, internal audits, and third-party certification processes.
· Ensure continuous improvement and compliance of the quality system through corrective actions and performance tracking.
· Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of Layered Process Audits (LPA) and related quality activities.
· Promote and lead quality culture initiatives across teams, ensuring engagement
🎯 Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
· Proven experience in Quality Management Systems within industrial or manufacturing environments.
· Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools (e.g., audits, continuous improvement, problem-solving techniques).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proactive, extroverted, and team-oriented mindset.
· Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).and alignment throughout the organization.
