Experteer Overview
In this role you support the Renewable Energy & Carbon Advisory client development team to grow the business, qualify opportunities, and assist with sales execution. You will work across segments to build pipeline, engage clients, and collaborate with internal experts to craft proposals. The position serves as a development path toward a full Client Development Manager, offering exposure to consultative sales in renewable energy and decarbonization. You join a integral, sustainability-focused environment with mentorship and clear progression.

• Support CDMs and Senior CDMs in identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospective clients across assigned industry segments
• Contribute to pipeline growth strategies for targeted sectors
• Conduct external and internal prospecting within Schneider Electric’s installed base, including Supply Chain Renewable Energy Programs
• Research market trends and client sustainability strategies to inform opportunity positioning
• Support end-to-end sales processes including opportunity shaping, proposal development, and contract support
• Progressively lead defined elements of the sales cycle under guidance; collaborate on high-quality proposals and value propositions
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior team members
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, commercial operations) and maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce
• Support annual and multi-year pipeline planning and ensure adherence to governance standards
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, Energy, or related field
• Prior experience in a client-facing, commercial, or consulting role
• Exposure to renewable energy, sustainability, ESG, or decarbonization topics preferred
• Demonstrated interest in consultative sales within professional services
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional European languages a plus
