Job Description
As a Portfolio Analyst, you will operate core portfolio management processes, ensuring workflow integrity, governance compliance, and consistent execution. You'll partner with initiative owners and IT stakeholders to validate lifecycle inputs and guide initiatives through gates.
You will lead regular data quality reviews, maintain issue logs, and coordinate resolutions. You will manage approvals and change requests, ensuring full traceability and alignment with portfolio governance standards.
You'll consolidate data from multiple sources to produce dashboards, KPIs/OKRs, and executive‐ready reports that highlight progress, risks, and trends. You will also manage and enhance the tooling ecosystem—such as Smartsheet, Confluence, and Jira—ensuring standardized templates, documentation, and reporting cadences are followed. xqysrnh
Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of portfolio and project lifecycle processes
Experience in PMO, project, product, or technology‐driven environments
Advanced analytical and quantitative capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
High learning agility and ability to operate in dynamic environments
Basic financial tracking literacy
Experience preparing management reports, KPIs/metrics, and operating guidelines
Familiarity with Agile and traditional delivery methods (e.G., Scrum)
Corporate experience in portfolio management, strategy execution, or transformation programs
Certifications such as PMI‐PBA or Agile are a plus
