We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager
An experienced professional with 10+ years leading strategic IT initiatives, capable of driving complex, multi-stakeholder projects within international environments.
Technical Requirements
Must have (10+ years):
* Leadership of end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery across scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
* Skilled in managing risks, dependencies, and change throughout the project lifecycle.
* Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
* Solid reporting ability, preparing and communicating project progress, KPIs, and expected benefits to IT management, Service areas, and PMO.
* Ensuring compliance with corporate methodologies, standards, and governance models.
* Experience contributing to continuous improvement and PMO maturity.
* Mandatory: PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
Nice to have:
* Experience leading global DMS (Document Management Systems) implementation projects.
* Exposure to AI-driven initiatives and emerging digital transformation programs.
Soft Skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Strategic mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Leadership, adaptability, and the ability to work autonomously.
* Fluent English (C1) to collaborate in international contexts.
