Reporting Relationship
Reports to the CNS GBC EUR SCE Sales Leader.
What You Will Learn and Contribute
1. Take full ownership of the business for assigned key accounts, developing strategies, tactics, and account plans.
2. Drive sales cases forward, coordinating between key roles following Nokia's sales process.
3. Develop a strong sales pipeline supporting quota achievement.
4. Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs/CTOs, and engage with C-suite executives for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.
5. Understand customer pain points and KPIs, articulating how Nokia CNS solutions meet their needs.
6. Position Nokia CNS's value proposition, demonstrating benefits and ROI to differentiate from competitors.
7. Lead targeted sales campaigns and strategic initiatives.
8. Introduce senior Nokia management to develop and close opportunities.
9. Collaborate with broader teams and partners to extend sales coverage and channels.
10. Complete administrative tasks timely and professionally represent Nokia.
11. Travel within Europe for customer meetings as needed.
Your Skills and Experience
1. 8-12 years of proven sales experience in software, particularly in the Communications industry.
2. Experience selling solutions like Analytics, security, OSS/BSS, and related software.
3. Track record of closing large (>1M€) complex business opportunities.
4. Strong relationships with customer leadership, including C-suite engagement.
5. Solid understanding of business and financial aspects.
6. Positive, flexible approach with a 'can do' attitude.
7. Ability to articulate technical and business value propositions.
8. Experience managing >3M€ annual sales quotas with consistent achievement.
9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
10. Creative thinking and independent work ethic.
