Industrial means quality manager (tablada)

In this role you will be responsible to:
Ensure the quality of Machines, Jigs & Tools, automatisms and Test Means at Airbus DS and Global Supply during the E2E
process.
- Drive improvement/ integration projects cross Site / BU (Tooling).
- Assurance Interchangeability along E2E manufacturing process.

Your key responsibilies within the E2E Industrialization are:
Ensure the implementation of contract Customer Quality Requirements into the production at work package level in
coordination with Quality Programs

Participate in Concurrence Engineering providing inputs on Critical to Quality features, validate the process / design concept,
and participate in the tolerance analysis

Responsible for ensuring the quality of Machines. Jigs & Tools and automatisms at Airbus DS and Global Supply during the
E2E process starting at the development until the end of the life cycle.
- Control that Industrial Means specifications contains all the applicable quality requirements
- Ensure the capability of the industrial mean for the intended use.
- Carry out acceptance tests/inspections, and perform periodical views of the industrial means.

Implementation of transversal / integration projects

Digitalization.
- Support E2E projects within the scope of industrialization as DDMS.
- Identify opportunities of cost saving using digitalization, and drive implementation cross site-BU as required.
- Participate in digital initiatives to ensure quality processes are continuously improved and requirements are fulfilled.
