Position Overview
As a Travel Support Advisor, you will assist travelers and accommodation partners using Booking.Com. Your responsibility is to provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a reliable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Support travelers and partners via phone and email, following established procedures
- Provide clear and precise information regarding bookings, payments, and service conditions
- Manage requests such as modifications, cancellations, and technical inquiries
- Mediate between guests and accommodation providers in a neutral and solution-oriented manner
- Document all interactions and ensure compliance with internal guidelines
- Maintain a professional approach in all communication
Requirements
- Icelandic (C2) and Advanced English
- Strong written and verbal communication with a structured approach
- Proficiency in Office 365, CRM tools and internal systems
- Ability to handle complex cases with calm and consistency
- Reliability, discipline and adaptability to process updates
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Interest in travel and accommodation platforms is beneficial
