A Product Manager for the Professional Range will serve as the technical heart of specialized projects, delivering high‑level technical expertise to clients and internal teams and ensuring professional cleaning solutions are fully integrated into large‑scale projects. The role bridges engineering precision and commercial excellence without being a sales or purely technical engineering position.

Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities

Act as the national subject matter expert and "Key Point" for the professional department, ensuring all projects align with the company’s long‑term goals.

Lead the development of comprehensive project offers, ensuring they are commercially viable, strategically sound, and perfectly aligned with client needs.

Monitor and drive the progress of key projects to guarantee they contribute effectively to the department’s growth and KPIs.

Partner with the Sales team and Key Account Managers as a senior advisor, providing strategic weight and expert insight during high‑level client interactions.

Represent the local subsidiary in international strategic meetings and training sessions in Germany, linking global innovation with local implementation.

Collaborate directly with Commercial and General Management to identify market opportunities and design growth strategies for the product family.

Ensure all strategic workflows and project documentation comply with ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.

Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Strategic Consultancy in the industrial or professional sector.

Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory for communication with headquarters in Germany.

A highly analytical, proactive professional who understands the "big picture", possesses excellent communication skills, and can drive results through collaboration.
