This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data-driven sales analytics and customer development, working closely with our Head of Accounts, Key Account Managers, and other experienced professionals in the field.Your responsibilitiesSales Reporting: Create and maintain both standardized and ad hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and business relevance. Analyse data to identify key insights and highlights.Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans for assigned key accounts, contributing ideas to enhance customer engagement and drive business and category growth.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Trade Marketing, Customer Trade, and Operations to ensure alignment on customer needs and successful execution of initiatives.Sales Support: Assist in the sales process, including the preparation of presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Head of Accounts and Key Account Managers, ensuring smooth coordination and execution, while also contributing to the achievement of growth objectives and the overall P&L performance of a clients.Amazon / E-commerce support:Ensure product availability and Buy Box ownership, managing stock issues, listings, and retailer communicationMonitor business performance (1P & 3P), analyse data and identify growth opportunitiesOptimize and maintain product content across platforms, ensuring high-quality executionManage daily operations including promotions, ASIN master data, and issue resolutionSupport new product launches (NPDs), ensuring proper listing, availability, and coordination across teamsResolve operational issues such as PO errors, logistics discrepancies, and pricing inconsistenciesThe experience we are looking forEducated to minimum bachelor degree level (completion or near completion) in a business related subject.English: Advanced / fluent (written, oral and spoken)Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is critical.Confidence, maturity, tenacityPassion to understand consumer products and the FMCG marketplaceSkills for success Passionate about salesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.G., pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization) for reporting and analysis.Strong analytical skills Eager to learn, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.What we offerWe believe great work deserves great rewards.
