Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Google Workspace change management across the organization, driving adoption and productivity. You will collaborate with IT and stakeholders, develop training, analyze adoption metrics, manage communication, and maintain documentation. You will act as a Google Workspace subject-matter expert, ensuring alignment with implementation timelines and sustaining tool usage. - Develop and execute change management strategies for Google Workspace implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify barriers to adoption
- Create and deliver training programs to support user adoption
- Analyze user adoption metrics and report progress
- Manage communication plans about changes and benefits
- Coordinate with IT to align change activities with timelines
- Develop and maintain change management documentation (guides, best practices)
- Refine approaches based on feedback and adoption rates
- Act as Google Workspace SME on features and functionality
- Provide ongoing support to sustain adoption
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor in Information Technology or related field (Master's preferred)
- 1-3 years in change management, preferably in IT or SaaS environments
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet)
- Experience with change management methodologies
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills across levels
- Google Workspace certification highly desirable
- Experience with cloud-based productivity suites
- Familiarity with training and adoption strategies
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
