PIRP Systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicle market, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager in Spain. /ppbr/ppstrongYou’ll be responsible for the following: /strong /pp• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in electric market segment. /pp• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors. /pp• Collaborate with finance, operations, and technical teams to understand product specifications and effectively communicate them to potential clients. /pp• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and proactive sales initiatives. /pp• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. /pp• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies. /ppbr/ppstrongSkills and Qualifications: /strong /pp• Academic business degree or a related field in Electronics- must have. /pp• Engineering background- must have. /pp• 7+ years of experience in sales/account management in the automotive industry. /pp• Proven track record in successful B2B sales of complex multidisciplinary systems. /pp• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships. /pp• Familiarity with motors, Motor controllers in 2W/3W/4W industry – significant advantage /pp• Strong negotiation and communication skills. /pp• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. /pp• Proactive, results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. /pp• Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work independently with a strong sales drive. /pp• Fast learner, good interpersonal, and presentation skills. /pp• Fluency in English and local languages as applicable. /pp• Willingness to travel frequently. /ppbr/p
