About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced International Benefits Broker to join our Expansion Operations team. You will negotiate and secure benefits plans, ensure compliance with country-specific regulations, and build a network of local brokers to optimize service delivery across regions.
You will drive the expansion and customization of employee benefits, providing access to health, dental, vision, life insurance, pension plans, meal vouchers, mental health services, fertility benefits, and flexible retribution options in multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
1. Negotiate and Manage Benefits Plans
Partner with providers and insurers to renew and secure new agreements, enabling clients to compare and select optimal coverage.
2. Build and Expand a Network of Local Brokers
Develop relationships with local brokers to ensure regional expertise, compliance, and tailored benefits.
3. Customize and Launch Benefits Packages Globally
Design and implement benefits plans aligned with client needs and budgets, ensuring smooth onboarding across countries.
4. Ensure Compliance and Market Adaptation
Stay updated on country-specific regulations, ensuring plans adhere to labor laws and tax regulations.
5. Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary contact for benefits negotiations and guidance, helping clients navigate international benefits landscapes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Benefits Broker, Insurance Broker, or Benefits Consultant with an international focus.
* Licensed broker in Spain.
* Strong negotiation skills with experience dealing with insurance providers and local brokers.
* Deep knowledge of global benefits trends, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
* Ability to build and maintain a network of trusted local brokers across multiple countries.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
