As the Global FCC Assurance Manager, you will lead the "Third Line of Defense" activities within the Compliance function. You are responsible for the design and execution of the Enterprise-Wide AML & Sanctions Risk Assessment (EWRA) and serve as the primary contact person of the company during FCC related regulatory examinations and audits. Your goal is to provide senior management and the Board with independent assurance that our global financial crime controls are effective, and to manage our regulatory reputation across all operating jurisdictions.Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Risk Assessment (EWRA)Design & Methodology: Develop a robust, data-driven EWRA framework that accounts for crypto-specific risks (e.g., self-hosted wallets, P2P transfers, and DeFi interactions).Execution: Lead the annual integral risk assessment process, identifying inherent risks across different business lines and jurisdictions and evaluating the effectiveness of mitigating controls.Residual Risk Reporting: Present findings to the Board and Executive Risk Committees, highlighting "blind spots" and recommending remediation strategies.Regulatory Exam & Audit ManagementPrimary Liaison: Act as the central point of contact at the group level for all FCC-related regulatory examinations to support local compliance teams in all licensed jurisdictions.Audit Coordination: Manage end-to-end interactions with Internal Audit and external "Big 4" auditors for annual AML/Sanctions reviews.Exam Readiness: Conduct "mock exams" and readiness assessments for regional teams ahead of formal regulatory visits or inspections.Evidence Management: Oversee the collection, review, and "credible challenge" of all data and documentation provided to examiners to ensure accuracy and consistency.Assurance & Remediation TrackingIssue Management: Track all findings from audits and exams through to closure.
