Mission
Design and drive the company's Employee Experience and Culture strategy, ensuring that the employee experience is consistent, differentiated, and aligned with the culture, values, and business objectives.
The role acts as the orchestrator of the employee journey, from attraction to development and offboarding, with a focus on engagement, wellbeing, productivity, and the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Contributes to driving meaningful cultural transformation that strengthens both business performance and people development.
Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve the global Employee Experience strategy, aligned with the People vision and corporate strategy.
Design and optimize the employee journey (onboarding, development, mobility, performance, offboarding) and related processes, identifying moments of truth and friction points.
Drive active employee listening and co-creation of solutions with teams. Implement measurement tools and analyze experience data (surveys, pulse checks, group dynamics, continuous feedback, adoption and impact metrics).
Plan communication, activation and follow-up strategies to convert insights into concrete improvement actions and programs that enhance employee experience.
Work cross-functionally with the People team and managers across geographies to review and align processes and ensure a consistent end-to-end global employee experience.
Lead digital employee experience projects (selection and implementation of tools, processes, and journey automation).
Co-design and execute initiatives to promote a differentiated, high-performance culture globally and regionally.
Support change management by collaborating with People, Internal Communications, IT, and regional teams to design effective adoption plans and campaigns.
Measure the impact (KPIs) of EX and culture initiatives to translate insights into practical actions and support managers and teams.
Requirements and Experience
Degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Sociology, or similar.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in People, Employee Experience, HR Transformation, Culture, or Engagement roles.
Experience implementing HR projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
Participation in the design and execution of culture and change management programs with measurable outcomes.
Experience measuring employee experience and cultural models (surveys, experience KPIs, reporting), with strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Experience working in organizational transformation environments (highly valued).
Experience in multinational and multicultural environments with remote or geographically distributed teams.
