Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and facilities, applying continuous improvement philosophy in assembly lines, injection, and other areas.
Troubleshoot issues on assembly lines, injection, and other daily areas.
Repair machine breakdowns causing line stops.
Maintain and repair general Magna facilities.
Assist in maintenance and repairs of facilities.
Conduct preventive maintenance on assembly lines, injection machines, and SMD lines.
Review and maintain preventive measures on lines and machinery.
Improve assembly lines, applying continuous improvement with safety, ergonomics, and optimization in mind.
Support emergency plans and be part of the emergency response team.
Respect and follow the plant's emergency procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the work station.
Candidate Profile
Formal education: FP II or Higher Degree (electronics or mechanical knowledge preferred).
Professional experience: 3 years in the automotive sector.
Valuable skills: PLC knowledge, sensing control (magnetic, inductive, capacitive detectors), pneumatic tools, pneumatics (valves, etc.).
Additional training: Electrical risks, preventive resources.
