We welcome all individuals and evaluate solely on the quality of their work and teamwork.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale a modern SaaS platform from the ground up.You will design backend services, build integrations with third-party platforms, develop AI-powered features, and help shape the technical architecture of the product.This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong focus on Go, AWS, integrations, and modern AI technologies.What You'll Do- Design and build scalable Go (Golang) microservices on AWS.- Develop RESTful and event-driven APIs.- Build integrations with Airtable, Linear, Slack, and other third-party platforms.- Implement OAuth2 flows, webhooks, and external API integrations.- Develop AI-powered features such as intelligent suggestions, categorization, and automation.- Own infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices.- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.What We're Looking ForRequired- 5+ years of software engineering experience.- Strong Go (Golang) development experience.- Experience building microservices and distributed systems.- Deep AWS knowledge, including Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, SQS, API Gateway, and IAM.- Experience with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, webhooks, and OAuth2.- Experience integrating with third-party platforms and external APIs.- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor.- Experience working on greenfield products from concept to production.Nice to Have- Airtable, Linear, or Slack integrations.- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, RAG, or embeddings.- React or TypeScript experience.- SaaS product development experience.- Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools.What We Offer- Full time permanent contract.- Salary Range: €54,000 – €74,000 gross per year, depending on experience, skills, and the outcome of the technical assessment process.- 27 days of annual leave plus national public holidays.- 100% remote work with flexible working hours.- Flexible Compensation Plan covering meals, transport, private healthcare, childcare, and training, with tax-saving benefits.- Private Health Insurance fully funded by Xebia, including mental health support and dental coverage.- Wellhub membership with access to wellbeing apps and optional gym plans.- Benefits Hub with exclusive employee discounts on a wide range of products and services.- Paid Wellbeing Leave through our internal time-bank system for medical appointments or short-term health needs.- Remote Work Allowance (€25/month).- €900 annual learning budget for certifications, training, conferences, and professional development.CompensationSalary Range: €54000 – €74,000 gross per year, depending on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
