This role is responsible for managing the portfolio of existing and potential customers in the assigned area. Identifying growth opportunities by leveraging the full Dentsply Sirona product portfolio. Proposing holistic solutions tailored to customer needs.

Responsibilities
Plan sales activities in line with assigned objectives, creating an action plan that ensures their achievement.
Maintain, strengthen, and expand the customer portfolio in the assigned territory.
Identify / generate cross‑selling opportunities within the DS customer portfolio.
Prepare, follow up on, and close ad‑hoc commercial proposals for each customer.
Coordinate activities with specialists who provide technical support for closing ongoing opportunities.
Keep the CRM up to date through continuous and effective use.
Process orders for own customers in the assigned territory in coordination with the Customer Service department.
Generate business demand among DS customers attending events in the assigned area.
Stay up to date on all DS commercial offers and use the tools provided by the Marketing Department.
Support the organization through market adaptation and transition phases.
Achieve the financial targets set for the assigned territory.
Requirements
Sales experience; knowledge of the sector is considered an asset.
University degree valued, especially in technical‑healthcare or life sciences fields.
Intermediate level of English is a plus.
Profile with a high level of integrity and personal and professional ethics.
Creative profile with the ability to generate disruptive ideas.
Valid driving license and availability for frequent travel.
