Your role within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) Team is to maintain and develop Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) business with existing and new customers in line with the Iberia Business Manager and business strategies in your defined sales territory while meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets, in a way that enhances Medtronic's reputation in the market. Analyzing the marketplace, developing an effective territory/account sales strategy, and presenting the strategy to management to gain approval for implementation Performing all activities to maximize sales (in line with the sales strategy) from product introduction and presentation to contract negotiation.
