Main Tasks:
1. Research and analyze information to understand the technicalities, context, and specific requirements for each project.
2. Develop proposal offers for tenders and framework contracts from multiple international donors such as EU, EIB, World Bank, ADB, AfDB, GIZ, and others, ensuring accuracy, clarity, readability, and consistency.
3. Coordinate with consortium partners and associates during the tender preparation process.
4. Provide quality control and constructive feedback on proposals developed by team members to ensure high-quality deliverables for submission.
5. Backstop and quality control reports developed by experts across various projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
* A Master's degree in Social Sciences (e.g., Economics, Business Administration) or a technical background as an engineer with a holistic economic understanding.
* 1-3 years of relevant experience in writing proposals for international donors such as EU, EIB, World Bank, ADB, AfDB, GIZ, etc.
* Full professional proficiency in English and French; proficiency in Spanish is a strong asset.
* Ability to understand complex situations and documentation, transforming large amounts of material into specific written components and figures.
* A quick learner with critical thinking skills, able to make independent, context-appropriate decisions using sound judgment.
* Excellent teamworking, communication skills, and independent drive, with an eye for detail.
* Structured and organized, capable of working under pressure.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Technical knowledge in sectors such as transport, infrastructure, environment, energy, migration, healthcare, and promotion is an advantage but not required.
Language and Skills:
* Fluent in oral and written English (at least C1 level).
* Fluent in oral and written French (at least C1 level).
* Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset.
