We are looking for Junior Marketing Manager E‑Sport to join our team!
Requirements
* Knowledge of the basic betting terms and mechanics;
* Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return;
* Experience with client segmentation;
* Strong English skills, with the ability to write and communicate briefs and tasks;
* Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods;
* Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities;
* Analytical mindset;
* Knowledge of marketing and niche metrics: LTV, ARPU, RR, CR, GGR, NGR, etc;
* Knowledge of esports disciplines that constantly appear in the lines (names of tournaments, teams, clubs, top players, logos, etc.).
Will be plus
* Understanding the odds in betting and how to calculate them;
* Experience working with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Voluum, Power BI, Google Data Studio.
* Being an esports fan.

Responsibilities
* Monthly planning and compilation of esports marketing activities;
* Organization of promotions, raffles, and other activities to retain and return the player;
* Creation of a communication plan with players via SMS, e‑mail, messengers, push and social networks;
* Calculation of predictions, analytics of held actions;
* Management of expenditure planning and reporting;
* Setting up trigger chains;
* Communication with the team to develop a general strategy;
* Analysis of the market and competitors;
* Setting tasks for the employees of cross‑departments.
